Recipes for Apples?
Apples are whole food. They come from a tree and are packed with vitamins and nutrients. They don’t require a recipe. Just your hand and a few teeth. If you don’t have any teeth, you should invest in an apple slicer. They’re awesome.
And, if you are lazy like me, an apple is a great snack. Better yet, they’re awesome for dessert. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had Apple & Something for dessert with my girlfriend.
Bonus tip: If you are trying to lose weight, eat your apples strategically. Eat more of peel and less of the ‘apple meat’. The peel (skin, whatever you call it) is mostly fiber. The meat is all sugar.
