A refreshing, complex summer pick-me-up

Ingredients:

  • black tea (iced) - 1 cup (236 mL)
  • lemon (w/rind) - drink garnish size
  • ginger (fresh) - 1 Tbsp. (2 g)
  • mango (frozen) - 1 cup (94 g)

Instructions:

  1. Ice some black tea
  2. When cool, put all ingredients into Vitamix container
  3. If you like a thicker smoothie, add 1/2 cup ice
  4. Blend on high for 30-45 seconds
  5. Pour into a cup
  6. Garnish with a lemon
  7. Snap a pic and tag #lifeisNOYOKE
  8. Enjoy!
