Vegan, gluten-free appetizer that will please the crowd.
Reserve the liquid that comes in the chickpea can. It’s called aquafaba and it’s magical. Not only are we going to use it for this recipe, you can use it for tons more! It’s high in protein and a great substitute for egg whites. Use what’s left to make our Vegan French Toast.
Use the tamper to gently push the ingredients from the corners into the blade.
