The perfect, everyday protein shake

Ingredients:

  • almond milk - 1 cup (240 mL)
  • oats - 2 Tbsp. (10 g)
  • protein powder - 1 scoop
  • frozen banana (peeled) - 1 whole
  • peanut butter - 1 Tbsp (16 g)
  • ice - 1 cup (217 g)
  • (optional) flaxseed - 1 Tbsp (7 g)

Instructions:

  1. Add ingredients to your blender.
  2. Blend for 60 seconds.
  3. Snap a pic and tag #lifeisNOYOKE.
  4. Enjoy!

Any protein powder will do. We use a vegan one, Vega, that’s also available at Costco.
