The perfect, everyday protein shake
- almond milk - 1 cup (240 mL)
- oats - 2 Tbsp. (10 g)
- protein powder - 1 scoop
- frozen banana (peeled) - 1 whole
- peanut butter - 1 Tbsp (16 g)
- ice - 1 cup (217 g)
- (optional) flaxseed - 1 Tbsp (7 g)
- Add ingredients to your blender.
- Blend for 60 seconds.
