Superb peach jalapeño popsicles

  • Yield: 2 large or 4 small popsicles
  • You're needed for: 5 minutes
  • Until it's done: 04h 00min

Sweet, spicy, summer popsicles.

Ingredients:

  • coconut water - 1/3 cup
  • peach - one whole ripe
  • lemon - 1/4 whole juiced
  • agave - 2 tsp.
  • jalapeño - 1/3 whole deseeded

Instructions:

  1. Add the ingredients to the blender in the order listed except the jalapeño
  2. Blend for 1 minute until smooth
  3. Add the jalapeño and pulse until you have small chunks
  4. Pour into molds
  5. Freeze for 4 hours
  6. Snap a picture and tag #lifeisnoyoke
  7. Enjoy!
