Stuffed Sweet Potatoes

  • You're needed for: 15 minutes
  • Until it's done: 45 minutes

An easy dinner featuring our queso

Ingredients:

  • sweet potato
  • TOPPINGS
  • queso
  • corn
  • onion
  • cilantro
  • avocado
  • black beans

Instructions:

Bake the sweet potato for 45 minutes at 425 degrees. (Poke some holes in the sweet potato with a fork so it cooks throughout.)

Add toppings.
