A blueberry smoothie so basic, you can't not respect it.


  • non-dairy milk - 2 cups
  • banana - 1 whole, fresh
  • frozen blueberries - 1 cup
  • ice - 1/2 cup
  • vanilla extract
  • flaxseeds
  • dates - or some other sweetener stevia


  1. Add liquid ingredients to your blender.
  2. Then, add frozen ingredients.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Enjoy.
  5. Be happy.

Note 1: This recipe is perfectly configured for full-sized Vitamix containers (both standard and low-profile).
Note 2: You can make this a “NOYOKE” shake easily. (In fact, this was one of the originals).
Note 3: You can add protein powder as desired.
