Savory and flavorful Asian-inspired dressing.

Coconut Milk, Curry, Garlic, Lime, Peanuts,

Ingredients:

  • coconut milk (low fat) - 1 cup (240 mL)
  • peanuts (dry roasted) - 1 cup (125 g)
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • lime (peeled) - 3/4 of whole
  • curry powder - 1.5 tsp (3 g)
  • salt - 1/2 tsp (1 g)
  • OPTIONAL: Sriracha - 1 Tbsp (20 g)

Instructions:

  1. Add ingredients to Vitamix container in order listed
  2. Blend for 2 minutes
  3. Pour on any Asian salad
  4. Snap a pic and tag #lifeisNOYOKE
  5. Enjoy

Useful tips for Coconut Curry Dressing
