The most delicious, healthiest "milkshake" you can possibly make.
NOTE 1: This is the basic template. For your first, I recommend using ALL the optional add-ins. You’ll get a delicious, hearty, chocolate peanut butter shake. If you’re looking to branch out, try to create your own. Or, follow the recipe for one of my favorites: Banna Oatmeal, Peanut Butter Jelly, or Apple Pie.
NOTE 2: You can make these virgin style (without any egg whites). Just substitute almond milk where it calls for egg whites.
Start with the basic blueprint and branch out from there.
Also, be sure to add SOME type of sweetener. It can be stevia, agave nectar, dates, honey, whatever you like. It helps bring out all the flavors.
