The mission of Life is NOYOKE is to advance our adoption of a whole food-focused diet.
But don’t worry about trying to change the world.
Instead, start by changing yourself.
Soon, you’re going to:
- Feel more energized
- Look better
- Notice a reduction in the symptoms of any western diseases you have (diabetes, acid reflux, hyperthyroidism, arthritis, hypertension, high cholesterol, etc.)
How? All by changing the way you eat.
That’s right. And here’s how you’re going to get started.
Step 1: Pick a Partner
(pictured above: Shalva and I at a wedding.)
Maybe it’s your spouse. Or parent. Or child.
Maybe it’s a coworker.
Maybe it’s us. (That’s great — just you’re invited to join our newsletter.)
Whoever it is, you need them.
And, of course, like any journey, there will be peaks and valleys. Having someone along for the ride is MUCH more fun.
Step 2: Pick your Sabbath
You need to choose a Sabbath.
A day that you WON’T follow the rules. Where anything goes. (Some call it a cheat day, although I think that’s cheating yourself.)
This Sabbath has no tie to religion, per se.
But remember this: In nearly every religion, God created the earth in six days and rested on the seventh.
And as should you.
So pick your Sabbath and stick to it.
Ours is Saturday.
Step 3: Blend Daily
A daily blend will change your life.
It’s the easiest way to get started.
If you already have a blender, dust it off put it to work.
If not, I recommend grabbing a Vitamix 5200 – Getting Started. (If you aren’t 100% satisfied, you can send it back after 30 days for a full, no-questions-asked refund. They’ll even pay for return shipping. And yes, you can upgrade if you decide you want a more feature-rich model).
We use our Vitamix daily with great joy.
And of course, don’t blend on your chosen sabbath (unless you really want to).
Now that we’ve discussed the first three steps in getting started, I want to mention two more things.
Don’t miss a thing!
You’re hereby invited to join our weekly email newsletter, 5 Good things. A new vegan Vitamix recipe plus four more good things.
Don't miss a thing! 5 Good Things is Life is NOYOKE's weekly newsletter. Its goal is your joy; Saturdays.
(This is without a doubt the single coolest, most consistent, most beneficial thing about Life is NOYOKE. Really. Ask any subscriber.)
We can do this together.
Because Life is NOYOKE.
