Can you explain to me how this all works?
Three steps to using our site:
- Click a link on our site…
- to purchase a product from the Vitamix website.
- Our links tell Vitamix we sent you and we should get credit for your purchase.
Works for USA, Canada, and UK buyers.
(We do not get credit for phone orders. If you’d like to ask questions over the phone, feel free to call us 312-612-0499.)
Why buy through LINY?

Why buy direct?
The best place to buy a Vitamix is direct from the manufacturer on their website. You get the best price, automatic warranty registration, and the best selection. Plus, when you use an affiliate partner’s link, you’ll get free shipping and other bonuses when you notify them of your order.
Can I buy from Amazon? Do you get credit if do?
Thank you. We have Amazon links for you to use if you cannot buy direct. But unfortunately, our business is primarily supported by people using our links to buy directly from the manufacturer. As such, we can only offer our ebook and VIP support for those buyers.
Of course, you can absolutely buy your Vitamix from Amazon. The problem is that if you do, we get charged two extra times. One, to pay the middle man (Amazon). And two, to ship your Vitamix twice (once to an Amazon fulfillment center and again to you). That’s why we encourage people to use our links to buy direct and are then able to provide those buyers with our ebook and 6 months of VIP support.
Why am I seeing a lower price on Amazon than on the Vitamix website?
Vitamix provides its retailers a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP). And while they want compliance, anti-trust law prevents them from mandating price. Does Amazon comply? Well, Amazon is a price follower, not leader. So sometimes they’ll display info from an unauthorized 3rd party seller. Then it can get confusing who you’re actually buying from and how warranty coverage is handled. If you’re willing to wait just a bit, the price you’re seeing should be available through us soon. And that way, you’re getting an automatically registered Vitamix directly from the assembly line.

Which Vitamix is best?
All full-size Vitamix machines can make all the same things equally well. They can all make smoothies, whole-food juices, hot soups, ice creams, nut butters, nut milks, flours, batters, doughs, sauces, and dressings. The greater the prices, the more features you get; not capabilities. Visit our Vitamix model comparison to see the best Vitamix for most.
Is a Vitamix worth it?
Buying a Vitamix is a considerable investment. It may be right for you if:
- You already have a blender and want to level-up
- You want to consolidate appliances for more minimalism
- You’re beginning a new diet or lifestyle (wfpb or keto)
But of course, there are reasons it may not be right for you. For more, here’s our Why Vitamix page.
What are some Vitamix alternatives?
It’s difficult to find an alternative to the Vitamix that isn’t lacking in some category.
Some are less loud. Some blend almost as well from the outset. Some are more convenient. Some have as good of warranty.
Still, for those considering a Vitamix but may not be ready, here are 4 Vitamix alternatives to avoid.
What’s the quietest Vitamix?
All Vitamix models are powerful and thus not quiet. But in my tests, the quietest, or least loud Vitamix models by far are the premium ones. Those are the A3300, the A3500, the Pro 750, and the 780. Amongst these, they’re almost identically hushed. Within each, the models that have a True Metal Finish (Brushed Stainless or Copper) may be a bit less loud than the ones that have a traditional plastic shell (black or white). But based on my experience and after noise comparison tests conducted by Vitamix at headquarters, the difference in noise output between a Brushed Stainless A3500 and an All-White, for example, is negligible.
What can the Vitamix make?
The Vitamix can make smoothies, whole-food juices, hot soups, ice cream, nut butters, batters, flours, doughs, and more. There is no heating mechanism, so hot soups are made using friction. And there’s no cooling mechanism, so ice creams are made with frozen ingredients. Check out our Recipe Index to see some of the things you can make.
Do you recommend Certified Reconditioned?
Certified Reconditioned Vitamix models are a great value. They go through a 17-point inspection process, so quality is assured. And they all come with a new container shell, lid, and tamper, as well as packaging, so are delivered like-new. As such, we recommend them highly to friends and family. Here’s more detail on how Certified Reconditioned Vitamix models are sourced.
Is the 64-ounce container too big?
The low-profile 64-ounce container is quite versatile and is not too big for most uses. The challenge is with small batches of thick blends. Nut butters, ice cream, hummus, require four cups of ingredients (compared to three in a narrow-bodied container). But with most other blends, the 64-ounce can handle small batches. We’ve made smoothies as small as 12 ounces in the 64-ounce container without any issue.
Can the Vitamix be used as a food processor?
The Vitamix can do coarse chopping like a food processor. Recipes like a detox salad featuring chopped carrots, kale, cauliflower, and cabbage work well. The standard Vitamix container cannot, however, slice like a food processor. There are rumors about a Food Processor attachment that will be able to slice. Can I get Vitamix Rewards points when buying through you?
Yes, and thank you! First, sign in to your Vitamix Rewards account. Then, use a link from our site to buy. You’ll get the rewards points, and when you notify us of your order, we’ll send you our ebook and provide 6 months of VIP support.
What’s the return and exchange policy?
Vitamix offers 30-day returns and exchanges on all orders purchased direct from the manufacturer. If you need to use it, they’ll send you a shipping label, no questions asked.
Can I get my Vitamix through Costco?
Costco is out of our territory, so we do not get credit for purchases made from Costco. But if you’re looking for a deal, we can usually find a better all-in price for most buyers. Maybe setup a call to chat?
What’s the best time to buy to get the best deal?
Vitamix has deals running all year. Sometimes you have to wait a couple weeks to get the one you want.
How do I get a Vitamix with 220v power configuration?
Do you have a shipping address in the UK? If yes, you can order a Vitamix from the UK site (with free shipping).
Are there ever any deals to get a Vitamix in the UK?
Occasionally, Vitamix offers deals for UK buyers. We’re pushing to make them happen more frequently. Jump on our mailing list to get updates on the next special.
