Almond milk
Here’s a demo of how a Vitamix can make almond milk. You can probably notice this was my first experience with a filtration bag.
Dough (sorta)
Vitamix machines can make pizza dough. But, here’s a demo of a lean-body alternative; cauliflower pizza crust.
Chopping and food prep

Dip
Dips are rarely demo’d in a Vitamix. Possibly not impressive enough. This one, though, since it heats the “cheese”, is pretty exciting.
Dressing
You may have seen fruit plus oil plus spices in a Vitamix making dressing. Delicious, yes. But this unique, vegan take on ranch dressing a fun demo to watch.
Food processing
It’s so nice to be able to retire the food processor. Here’s a demo of the Vitamix making a less starchy version of mash potatoes; cauliflower mash.
Frozen dessert
It’s two-ingredients and absurdly tasty. Plus, when it’s done, you can hold it upside down over your head. Here’s a demo of the Vitamix making a frozen dessert.
Green smoothie
It’s pretty cool to see the Vitamix turn frozen mango, tough kale, and raw seeds into a silky smooth green smoothie. Here’s a demo of exactly that.
Juice
Vitamix machines can make delicious, whole food juice. The actual demo starts at (6:34), but watch from the beginning to learn all about juicing in a Vitamix.
Sauce
If you are a sauce man (or woman), you’ll love to see how a Vitamix makes fresh, homemade sauces. Canned sauces be damned. This is a demo of vegan alfredo.
Soup
