So you have a Vitamix and wish you used it more? Or, you’re thinking about getting a Vitamix but want a high-level of comfort incorporating it right away (so as not to shelve it out of intimidation)?
I’ve been there!
If only the following Vitamix classes had been, too, when I was just getting started.
Here are a few Vitamix classes that I recommend. They’re a perfect fit for anyone looking to:
- Improve their technique.
- Enhance cooking repertoire.
- Get MORE from their Vitamix.
Of course, lifelong learners will love these Vitamix classes, too.
Let me know if you have any questions.
P.S. Life is NOYOKE participates in the Craftsy affiliate program. So if you sign up via the link below, I get a small percentage of the class’s price. That helps support my mission of accelerating our adoption of a whole food-focused diet. And, it’s greatly appreciated.
P.P.S. This is a living, breathing list which I will update regularly. Enjoy your Vitamix class!
Here are 5 Vitamix Classes (for improving technique and enhancing cooking skills)
Here’s my hand-picked list of Vitamix classes.
1) Vitamix Culinary Classes
Instructors: Carolyne & Michelle
Offered by: The Vitamix Store: A Culinary Exploration Center
Where: Solon, OH
When: 1st three Tuesdays of each month
If you’re ever in the Cleveland area, call ’em up. Michelle and Carolyne host fun, interactive, and intimate classes every week. I know these ladies well, and am thrilled for anyone lucky enough to attend their class. Show up hungry!
2) Quick & Delicious: Make the Most of Your Blender
Instructor: Nicki Sizemore
Offered by: Craftsy
Despite Vitamix partnering with Craftsy, this class is NOT Vitamix-specific. Still, there’s a lot of value in this high-quality instructional. The blender techniques shown in the many demonstrations make this class a great option for inspiration and motivation.
3) Vitamix 101: Get more from your Vitamix and Get Started (the right way)
Instructor: Lenny Gale
Offered by: Life is NOYOKE University
This Vitamix class is purpose-built for new Vitamix owners. It is designed to help students build the best foundation to get the most from their Vitamix. I’m biased because I created it, but it’s gotten pretty solid reviews.
4) Vitamix Demonstrations
Offered by: Vitamix’s army of demonstrators
Where: Whole Foods, Costco
When: See local store schedule
While these in-store demonstrations are not classes, per se, they’re worth noting. The demonstrators will put on a show and are happy to answer your questions.
5) Dinner Parties
Instructor: Your friend
Offered: By any friend with a Vitamix
Where: Their home
Like the previous, this is not an actual class. But Vitamix owners are pretty passionate. Most are glad to show you a couple of their fave recipes. (You’re hereby invited to our place anytime for a demo. 🙂 )
