Vitamix Usage Report – October 2017

Wondering how much we actually use our Vitamix, this month part-time with a Vitamix Explorian E310 (review) and part-time with our lives-on-the-counter Vitamix setup A3500 + 48 oz wet container?

Here’s our October Vitamix Usage Report from the headquarters of Life is NOYOKE (Minneapolis!).

But first, let’s assess our Vitamix usage at a high level.

October 2017 Recap

Several of our Vitamix runs this month were “away games.”

• A couple of store-bought smoothies and juices in NYC. (We count those here. Should we?)
• A few runs during our visit to Vitamix HQ. (Videos coming soon!)

One memorable blend of ours was a pumpkin spice latte. Here’s a quick video recap of that day.

Another fun one was a Carolyne’s Green Smoothie we made in conjunction with our takeover of the @Vitamix Instagram account.

The ✨new✨Vitamix Explorian 310. Comes with a 48 oz narrow body, low profile container (yay!) a 5 year full warranty, variable speed control & pulse. Only $349 in ??(that’s $21 a month if you do an interest-free payment plan). Plus it makes a killer green smoothie ?

All of the following were made in our Vitamix this month part-time with a Vitamix Explorian E310 (review) and part-time with our lives-on-the-counter Vitamix setup A3500 + 48 oz wet container?

Obviously, our lifestyle is extremely conducive to heavy use. Work from home, make a living as virtual Vitamix reps. But full transparency is the goal here. What do we actually do with our Vitamix?

Balsamic Dressing »»

Sure. You can mix the ingredients for a balsamic vinaigrette by hand. But to get that restaurant quality? Gotta emulsify. We whipped up this super easy dressing in our Vitamix and threw it on some greens. Added beets, sweet potatoes, and slivered almonds. Perfect fall salad ??
