If I won this Vitamix, I would give it to my neighbor who is a man in his mid 60’s. He has gotten to the point he doesn’t like to do a whole lot of cooking anymore and so he’s eating convenience foods galore! If I cook a special meal he will come down and always loves it. But he’s still on his own for breakfast, lunch and some dinners. He does like fresh fruits and vegetables but I think he gets bored with them, as they are, sometimes. Since the Vitamix is something he can cut things up and throw in and rinse it all out, he would regain his enthusiasm. The fun part is that he can attain a variety of tastes and experiment. I am sure I would never hear the end of the new concoctions he has come up with-he’d probably have me coming up to sample them all, knowing him! haha He recently had a bought of prostate cancer, so I think he, even more, needs this in his life!

If I win this Vitamix Giveaway, I will give the prize away to my sister. She is the perfect recipient because she is working on changing her lifestyle and focusing on fitness. I think the personal Vitamix will help by being an easy way to make healthy smoothies and quick, cleanup assistance during cooking. Her health will be improving no matter what, but the Vitamix can be a motivational boost!

I I were to win this amazing Vitamix blender, after much debate about keeping it for myself, I would give it to my husband.
