The reconditioned V1200 has a 5 year warranty, not 10 year, right?
Hey all, thought I’d share a few questions we’re hearing a lot this year:
1. What’s the difference between the X4 and X5?
The X5 has more recipe programs and has a bit flashier look. But the extra programs don’t preclude you from doing anything in the X4 that you can do in the X5. It’s just more programs, something we show you in this video about how the X Series compares to the A3500..
2. What’s the difference between the 7500 and Pro 750?
The Pro 750 is the same except it has recipe programs. Both are compatible with legacy containers, 3rd party containers, and the personal cup adapter.
3. I want a second container for smaller batches. Am I right to assume the 48-ounce wet one is more versatile than the 48-ounce dry grains container?
Yes, the dry grains container is great for milling flours and while it can do some of the other fun stuff, you won’t get as good of results if you were using the wet one. We say if you’re planning to mill your own flours, get the dry one, otherwise the wet is the better pick.
Any sales on containers like the dry grains jar for the a3500?

Why does the A3300 say Wait next to it on the deals page? Does this mean they will be restocking the brushed stainless? Or that they will drop the price of the other colors? If so, any idea when? Thank you so much!

Does anyone receive an email stating the order confirmation for A3300 after your purchase during the Black Friday deal?
I tried 3 times, and my bank account has been deducted for that 3 same Vitamix but I receive no email on order confirmation from Vitamix. Also, can not find my purchase order in the order history, I’m desperate now 🙁
There was an issue last night with the payment processor on the Vitamix website. You should only be charged once for your order. (The extra authorizations you may see should drop.)
Email order confirmations should arrive in due time. In the past, there’ve been some issues with these arriving (despite orders being received and processed correctly).
You can always check the status of your order with your order number on the check order status page. Or you can call Vitamix Customer Service 1-800-848-2649
The Canadian site is not working, the payment orders ae not going through. Its 6:45 pm now, so 45 minutes of continuous effort wasted
