Wow. Talk about conflicted! I don’t make smoothies, but I do make large amounts of vegan cheese sauce and blended soups. On the other hand I like to make a cup or two of nut butters, 1-2 cups ‘nice’ cream which means I need to blend 2 C frozen bananas/fruit. I want to be able to make flour from seeds/grains. SO, do I choose the 5200 or 5300. I’d like for it to fit under my cabinet (17 1/2 in high WITHOUT the lid which I can keep in a cupboard.
