These pulled "pork" sliders made with jackfruit are the best
Similar to our pulled jackfruit tacos, these sliders look and feel like they’re made with pulled pork.
Can’t say enough about them.
They’re on our site as a Vitamix recipe for two reasons:
- Our queso
- The method by which we pull the jackfruit (in the Vitamix for 2 seconds instead of pulling manually with a fork)
Make ’em for dinner or bring to a party. They’re always a hit!
Note: Do not be intimidated by the long list of ingredients. These sliders are easy, especially if you make them with just the key ingredients: jackfruit, bbq, bun.
Or watch us make it in thisĀ 3 Potluck Vitamix Recipes Video where we also make artichoke dip.
