Useful tips for Power of Purple Smoothie
We used Red Ginger Herbal Tea that we iced as a base. You can use any liquid, water, almond milk, or another kind of iced tea.
A delicious smoothie full of berries and antioxidants.
- purple grapes (frozen) - 1 cup
- blueberries (frozen) - 1 cup
- blackberries - 1/2 cup
- herbal tea iced (we used Red Ginger) - 1 cup
- Add all ingredients into Vitamix container.
- Ramp from variable speed 1 to 10.
- Blend on high for 60 seconds (or use pre-programmed Smoothie setting).
- Pour into nice tall glass.
