Muhammara, Frosty’s, Balsamic Vinaigrette, E310 vids, and More!
Hi! Here’s what’s new, exciting, and thought provoking from our Life is NOYOKE world.
(This is the abbreviated online version of our weekly email newsletter, 5 Good Things. To get the full version delivered to your inbox on Saturdays, you can subscribe right here.)
1. New blog posts, site updates, and other things we’re proud to be sharing
Good morning from Minneapolis!
Do you like pretty pictures of Vitamix recipes? Well, don’t stop here. There are more in each post. Click the links and check them out! 🙂
P.S. We changed our shared email address. You can now reach us at email@example.com. Yay.
2. New recipes we’re enjoying
Muhammara. This is not one of those recipes that will make your life easier. It’s one that will make your life better. Welcome it into your life, today!
+ Frosty. We pulled it off and it was a total accident. It’s not a fail. It’s a perfect Wendy’s Frosty. Wow.
3. Classic recipes we’re re-showcasing
Balsamic vinaigrette. For so long, restaurant-quality, creamy balsamic vinaigrette was one of my holy grails. Turns out it’s easy to make, and the secret is emulsification.
4. Vitamix deals, news, and updates we’re enjoying
Some really good deals right now, Vitamix shopping friends:
+ 🇺🇸 USA shoppers: Few really good deals for right now on CR Vitamix Models:
+ Two new videos of me talking. I do not recommend watching unless you’re needing answers to these exact questions. 🙂 Or if you just really feel like hanging out with me.
And finally, just because I think it’s a nice photo, here’s the Frosty before we added the frozen coconut milk and ice. 🙂

Okay, all for now.
Thanks and good things,

P.S. We’ve written in the past about bread and even did a YouTube vid about breaking an addiction to carbs. But since being meat-free, we’ve found ourselves eating a lot more sandwiches like these from Herbivorous Butcher. Not so bad. 🙂
P.P.S. Mom, Nana, I weighed in at 188 lbs today and am getting plenty of protein from just plants.
