We made vegan tzatziki sauce and falafel balls. I know what you’re thinking. Tzatziki is not a falafel topping. But, if you don’t eat meat, how else are you going to get to enjoy that dilly, cucumbery, delicious Greek sauce?
Note: The falafel balls recipe should be in an upcoming newsletter soon. Still tinkering with the recipe.
+ We also made an easy pumpkin balsamic vinaigrette that we’ll def make again.
2. Classic recipe we’re re-showcasing
This easy, apple carrot kale smoothie was one of the first green smootheies ever posted to Life is NOYOKE. It was time for a new photo shoot and recipe update. (We’re taking suggestions for a new, less generic name. The ACKman is all we got, so…)

We’ve finally honed in on what LINY’s been gradually doing all along: We’re veganizing.

Nestle has figured out a way to use 40% less sugar in its chocolate and still have it taste the same. How? By reshaping the sugar crystals. (Still won’t be my first pick for chocolate…)
