Useful tips for Lemonade
We used 2 Tbsp. of maple syrup to sweeten our classic lemonade. You can use agave or dates as well.
Our lemonade is pretty tart. Feel free to add more sweetener per your taste.
Same goes for pulpy. If you’d like pulp-free, just strain through a nut-milk bag.

So delish! Added an extra date or two and a splash of maple. Kids enjoy it too!

Not very good. Vitamix melted the ice and made it watery. It was tart, which normally I like, but bitter from the lemon rind and not very sweet either. I ended up adding 2 extra squeezed lemons, a handful of pitted cherries, and a half cup of honey to make it likeable. Still just ok.
