Do the Ascent accessories ever go on sale? I emailed Vitamix to ask if I had to buy 2 starter kits – one for the small containers and another for the 45 oz container or just 1 starter (for the base) and then a container. No one ever got back to me. Am not impressed with customer service so far… Hope you can help.
