Hello from “Father’s Day Weekend” Minneapolis. 🙂

Every week when I sit down to compile this newsletter, the goal is to include something for everyone.

It’s a tough task, but not impossible.

For Vitamix owners, shoppers, and the handful of people who are neither but still (for some reason) like us. And, of course, something for our mothers.

Something for everyone.

It’s helpful to remind myself that “something for everyone” is not the same as “a thing for everyone.” This newsletter is far from that.

It’s also helpful to remind you who we are.

We, Shalva, the baby and I are a simple little family.

I, Lenny, am a blender salesman. Shalva is the get-stuff-done-mama-bear-manager-of-all-things.

Together, we’re just trying to find a balance. A balance between:

• Eat plants or eat junk
• Work hard or relax and enjoy
• Plan ahead or live in the moment

Just enough.

Not the passing-grade just enough.

But the point-before-returns-begin-to-diminish just enough.
