Strawberry shortcakes. A great dairy-free dessert that’s homemade, easy, and delish. (Related: You can see the ephemeral cooking tutorial on our Instagram story until 11am cst today!)

+ Bolognese sauce. Not overly fancy. But tasty, quick, and easy nevertheless. Plus, a great one for hiding veggies from picky eaters.

3. Classic recipes we’re re-showcasing

Apple pie smoothie. Simplified and veganized. Perfect for all those extra apples you have from your orchard visit.
