We made a cookbook for people with braces!
We had just finished our Life is NOYOKE cookbook featuring smoothies, hot soups, and ice creams. All recipes you can eat without chewing.
But how could I get the word out about our book. Or better yet, us!
So I texted my childhood friend, Geoff Sudit, DDS, MS:
“Since your patients low-key loathe you and feel like you’ve punched them in the mouth for a few days after appointments, maybe it would be nice to give them a soft foods cookbook. My recipes, your face and brand. You can’t hug your patients, but this is the next best thing. They’ll love you and tell everyone about your practice.”
His reply: “I’ve been giving an inexpensive blender to all new starts, but this is better. Let’s do it!”
Fast-forward a few years and now we are making these cookbooks for like-minded orthodontic practices.
What’s inside?
Inside each Pain In The Mouth Cookbook are 20 recipes you can eat without chewing. And they’re made with super foods, so not only do they make you feel better now now, but they make you feel better faster.
Many of the recipes are exclusive to the book. But here are a few that are also posted to our website:
Also inside is a coupon for Vitamix from us.
They’re playbill size and less bulky than a hardcover book. Super nice to keep in a drawer by your blender.
And I really want you to have a copy.
How to get a free copy now
Free copies of the the Pain In The Mouth Cookbook are still available. There’s just one catch, though it’s not really a catch.
We send free copies to orthodontist offices (instead of your home). Why?
This way, your home address stays private. And, we get to send a sample cookbook to your orthodontist!
There are just two requirements for getting a free book:
- You must be an orthodontist patient. (Patients of general practitioners who do Invisalign do not qualify.)
- You must be a USA resident.

And if you’re curious, here’s a video showing what’s inside the book. Thanks for reading!
