In our house, we make smoothies almost every day. They’re great as:

- Easily trackable, portion-controlled fuel for our busy bodies.
But more than smoothies and shakes, we use our blender to eat clean.
Our snacks, our desserts, our soups are so much better tasting and better for us.
Bottom line: Our blender makes our lives healthier and easier. As such, we use ours every day.
The problem: You should, but you don’t

Do I need a blender?
Yes. This is a “use your blender” challenge.
Does it need to be a Vitamix?
No. While a Vitamix will get you the best results (here’s why), the recipes can be made in any blender. The entire point of this challenge is to use the blender you have today. 🙂
How do I signup for the challenge?
Challenges start every Sunday. There are limited spaces, so signup for the waitlist and we’ll let you know when a spot opens up.
What should I expect after signing up for the wait list?
You’ll get an email right away. Then, we’ll let you know once a spot opens up. You’ll have a few days to claim your spot before the challenge begins.
Why a waitlist?
Simply, we want to ensure you get a quality experience. Too many people doing the challenge at once can negatively impact quality.
