A great midnight snack
This frozen drink tastes like being at the camp fire. But not sweaty. Frosty s’mores are almost too amazing. They are healthier than any s’more you’ve had before.
More beneficial than real smores
We made these during movie night. Mine on the left had flaxseed. Naomi’s, on the right, did not.
It was fun dipping graham crackers into the drink. It was almost like dipping cookies in milk.
Really really good.
Useful tips for Frosty S’mores
Graham crackers obviously make it less healthy. Make sure to get ones NOT made with HFCS.
- liquid pasteurized egg whites - 1 cup
- almond milk - 1 cup
- graham crackers - 1 cup (be careful)
- cocoa powder - 1 T
- frozen banana - 1 whole
- stevia - some
- flaxseed meal - 2 T (optional)
- Add liquid ingredients, then rest.
- Enjoy. Together.
