Hi! Here’s what’s new, exciting, and thought provoking from our Life is NOYOKE world.
This is the online version of our weekly email newsletter, 5 Good Things. To get it delivered to your inbox on Saturdays, you can subscribe right here.
1. New recipe posts we’re drooling over
Valentine’s Day is coming up. To celebrate, we considered making a red-colored soup. Something with beets, perhaps.
Instead, we went with something less cute. A soup you’ll actually be excited to make together: Beer Cheese Soup. It’s got that classic midwestern taste but is 100% dairy free (don’t tell our Wisconsin followers). This soup is the definition of winter-weather-comfort-food.
+ Keeping it simple with our two ingredient Homemade Peanut Butter (with dates!). It’s salty, it’s sweet, and it’s super creamy. Minimal effort, major payoff.
2. Classics recipe we’re re-showcasing
Highlighting some of our awesome followers who are living the life and have made NOYOKE recipes this week. (Do, too, #lifeisnoyoke so we can see what you made!) First, a homemade pizza with our Cashew Queso beneath the tomato sauce from Dining Duster.
+ A big bowl of (Fancy) Tomato Soup from Judy.
+ And finally, Zvi’s Smoky Salsa on a vegan breakfast bowl. Nice work!
3. New blog posts, site updates, and other things we’re proud to be sharing

4. Vitamix news and updates we’re enjoying
+ Here’s our Vitamix Usage Report for January 2017. How we used ours, what we made, what we learned, etc.
+ Do you really need a Dry Grains Container? Here’s our take on the oft asked about add-on.
+ FYI: Through February, get a free month of smoothie box delivery when you purchase (nearly) any new Vitamix. Smoothie supplies (plus a reusable nut milk filtration bag that’s a gift you can keep) delivered by Green Blender smoothie box subscription service. Here’s a link to the offer. And here’s a run down of why we like it.
+ Just published the Ascent Series YouTube vid (12:45) recorded live at Vitamix Headquarters.
Life is NOYOKE is our vegan Vitamix recipes, basically. When you use links from our site to vitamix.com or vitamix.ca and enter our promotion code 06-007938, we get credit for purchases and earn a small commission. That helps support our mission of accelerating worldwide adoption of a plant-based diet and is greatly appreciated. Thank you. — Shalva and Lenny Gale
