Thanks for help with the book, Waffles, Strawberry Topping, and More!
Hi! Here’s what’s new, exciting, and thought provoking from our Life is NOYOKE world.
This is the online version of our weekly email newsletter, 5 Good Things. To get it delivered to your inbox on Saturdays, you can subscribe right here.
1. New blog posts, site updates, and other things we’re proud to be sharing
So about those emails from me earlier this week? Well, over a thousand of you downloaded our book.
That’s what we’re proud to be sharing this week.
Thanks for making the official launch so successful.
2. New recipe posts we’re drooling over
Waffles, in particular, are a staple on the weekends in our household. And perfecting a vegan waffle recipe was no small task. The trick, it seems, is a cornmeal and flour combo. That’s what gets you that crispy outside and the fluffy inside. Shalva came up with these Lemon Poppyseed Waffles and they’re incredible. They’re tart, they’re sweet, they taste like something you’d be served at a fancy brunch place. Best part? We mixed em up in our Vitamix, no dirty bowls or spoons. Just poured straight from the container onto the waffle iron. Go make ’em!
+ Want to get fancy with your waffle topping? Want something besides maple syrup? Try this strawberry topping. Really tasty.
3. Classic recipes we’re re-showcasing
Well, seems like this is a brunch-themed newsletter. Here’s our easy, fabulous, oatmeal pancakes.
4. Vitamix news and updates we’re enjoying
I just got done updating our which vitamix to buy page. (Wow, that’s a bit of a task.)
Anyways, for the first time ever, the 5200 has been dethroned as the Best Vitamix for new owners. New crown goes to the Ascent Series A3300.
