What do liquid pasteurized egg whites taste like?
Liquid pasteurized egg whites have no taste. Now, I don’t recommend drinking them plain. But in a shake like this, you cannot taste them at all.
Are these shakes or smoothies?
Whatever you want to call them. I’ve found the best variations to be more like milkshakes. Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana, Banna Oatmeal, Peanut Butter Jelly, etc. But green smoothies are also good with some egg whites.

Useful tips for NOYOKE Shakes
Start with the basic blueprint and branch out from there.
Also, be sure to add SOME type of sweetener. It can be stevia, agave nectar, dates, honey, whatever you like. It helps bring out all the flavors.

I usually use Oat Milk and lactose free Greek yogurt for protein in my shakes (along with a vanilla protein powder). What consistency do egg whites add once blended?
Susan Bulcken -
Can I use coconut milk? Almond milk and I don’t play well together.

We haven’t tested it, but it should work. Give it a try and report back! 🙂
Hi! What brand do you use for the egg whites
Hi, we get ours from Trader Joe’s. But the ones at Costco are fine, too. 🙂
