Quick homemade topping without all the added stuff

Put this strawberry topping on everything

Nothing could have been easier than making this strawberry topping. It’s just pitted dates, whole strawberries and water (we don’t count water as an ingredient in case you’re keeping track).

Normally, I would need to make a larger batch to assure that I cover the blades of our Vitamix. But now that we have the personal cup adaptor, I can make only as much as I need!

This product is a total game changer when it comes to using a Vitamix for small batches. I can’t wait to use this 20 oz container for dressings and nut butters too.

Our strawberry topping turned out so delicious we wanted to put it on everything. Here, it’s shown on our vegan lemon poppy seed waffles. But it would be just as good on our vegan oatmeal pancakes or drizzled on some banana ice cream.

2 ingredient strawberry topping with no added junk

Ingredients:

• dates (pitted) - 1/2 cup
• strawberries - 1.5 cups
• water - 1/3 cup

Instructions:

1. Add all ingredients into your Vitamix container.
2. Ramp from variable speed 1 to 10
3. Blend on high for one minute
4. Perfectly delicious served as-is
5. If you want to go the extra mile, add to saucepan
6. Simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes
7. Top all of your favorite things
