Here’s what’s new, exciting, and thought-provoking from the Life is NOYOKE world.

1. Recipes we made this week

Maui (from Moana) pancakes! Used our fluffy oatmeal pancake recipe, a piping bag, and a little imagination. You’re welcome!

Our banana bread! Had some brown bananas and few other excuses.

Smoothie bowls (using Carolyne’s as the base).

An avocado sauce featuring parsley that we’ve yet to make well-enough to share with you. (FWIW, it was similar-tasting to our Avocado Dill Sauce.)

2. Popular on our Instagram this week

This picture I snapped before blending up a double batch of queso got a lot of love this week on our Instagram.
