2. New recipes we’re enjoying

Turmeric latte. We made this for an Instagram takeover we did on the @vitamix account. Did you know you can make this hot, nutrient-packed, caffeine-free drink in your Vitamix? Did you know you don’t need to peel the turmeric?

+ Carrot cake bites. Easy to make, delicious, and filling!

3. Classic recipes we’re re-showcasing

Pumpkin smoothie. My mother made this 21 days in a row a couple years ago.

+ Cauliflower fried rice. Because an old friend proudly emailed saying he made it in his new Vitamix and that vegetarian recipes like this helped him lose 15 pounds before his wedding.

Honesty and forthrightness has long been my policy. It’s makes for an easier, better life. Now, apparently, it will keep you out of being forced to work in chicken plants. Here’s an article that gives you a sense of how despicable the factory farming industry is (without ever detailing the life-long suffering of the animals): “They thought they were going to rehab. They ended up in chicken plants.”
