Ten weeks, ten recipes with cauliflower. Enjoy!
Over the last ten weeks, we’ve done a blogging experiment here at Life is NOYOKE. Ten recipes (with video demonstrations!) featuring the same ingredient: cauliflower.
That’s right.
We basically ate nothing but cauliflower for the last ten weeks. From soups to snacks to sides to unique appliations, we’re totally cauliflowered out.
So while we go onbreak, pick one of these cauliflower recipes and go to town!
Here they with some commentary on each.
Note: Many of them are Vitamix recipes. But, most of them can be made with out (although it generally makes it easier).
1. Creamy Cauliflower Soup
By far the most heavily discussed (beloved) recipe of the bunch. My favorite comment was, “My husband is addicted to your cauliflower soup, Lenny. He asks for it every night.”

2. Vegan Ranch Dressing
Not a cauliflower recipe, per se, but the perfect dip for raw cauliflower. For anyone who thinks raw cauliflower tastes like dirt, this healthy ranch is perfect.

3. Cauliflower Fried Rice
This is a household favorite of ours. And, as many people have told me, in their homes, too.
It’s so good it’s not even fair.

4. Giardiniera
This was an incredible discovery. We hadn’t pickled since making Grandma’s Pickles last fall. But like those, we’ll make a batch of this cauliflower-featured giardiniera annually.
Over the course a week, we put it on EVERYTHING. And the video from that recipe was one of my favorites; it featured a behind the scenes look at the time we had a photographer take some engagement photos for us. Memories!

5. Cauliflower au Gratin
This cauliflower recipe was the cheesy, hot, deliciousness that nobody can say no to. Best part is they don’t have to.
So, so good.

6. Detox Salad
This is a go-to, meal-for-the-whole-week kinda recipe. We’ve been making it for a while but finally made a demo video to show it off. Good three-screen action in the vid, too.

7. Vegan Alfredo Sauce
Want to get some creamy, cheesy, deliciousness for a a bed of noodles without the dairy? This sauce was TERRIFIC. And, it was my second favorite video over the last ten.

8. Cauliflower Mash
This should be in every Vitamix recipe book out there. These taste IDENTICAL to mash potatoes, are vegan, and are GREAT for those seeking a lean body. Go make them if you have a Vitamix.

9. Curried Cauliflower
We wanted to add some variety to the list of repurposed cauliflower recipes. So serving it as a side with a curry kick was the plan here. This great dish is also good on its own over rice.

10. Cauliflower Pizza Crust
The trendy, lean-body dinner project that was as good as advertised. Easy to make if you follow the instructions. And, really, really tasty.
